 Description: The application proposes demolition of an existing residential dwelling and construction of two buildings containing a total of seven multi-family residential units and 10,528 square feet.  The project also includes 18 parking spaces, underground stormwater detention, and associated site features.  

Next Steps: After this meeting, staff will complete their review of the application. The applicant will then decide whether to revise the application or request a review and decision by the Planning Commission. A separate notice will be mailed at least three weeks in advance of a Planning commission Meeting
