Future Land Use Map Project Briefing

It all starts out with refining the Town’s Future Land Use Map!  

When?  Tuesday, December 5, 2017.  6pm: Briefing.  7pm:  Planning Commission Presentation.

Who is invited?  Development Review Boards and Commission Members are invited to attend a Project Briefing to learn more about the LUMO Rewrite Project. 

Where is the Briefing?  Town Hall, 3rd Floor and Council Chamber.

What is a project briefing? Between 6pm and 7pm, staff will share information about the project at three different tables covering different aspects of the project:  Project Overview, What is a Future Land Use Map, and What is the Future Land Use Map Refinement Process and how will I be involved?  Then, at 7pm, staff will present a project overview to the Planning Commission that summarizes the information.

Note: A majority of the membership of the Board of Adjustment, Community Design Commission, Environmental Stewardship Advisory Board, Historic District Commission, Housing Advisory Board, Planning Commission, and Transportation and Connectivity Advisory Board may be in attendance at this event.
