 Action Item: Determine which properties the Task Force should focus on at this time and discuss next steps for those properties.

b.        Discuss work plan for remaining properties

 Action Item: Discuss conclusions and outstanding questions regarding the remaining properties.

c.        Discuss report to Town Council

Background: Town Council charged the Town Properties Task Force to develop an overall strategic framework and initial ideas for specific sites and to provide a report for Council review in June 2017 and Council action in September 2017. The Town Council report tentatively has been scheduled for June 26^th. Final review by Town Council tentatively has been scheduled for September 25^th.

Action Item: Discuss the content of the Task Force’s report to Town Council.
